Premium Positioning Architect™ — Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Strategic Visibility LLC (“Strategic Visibility,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with the Premium Positioning Architect™ plugin (“PPA”).

How the PPA works

The PPA is a skills-only ChatGPT plugin that provides a guided business-positioning workflow. The current version does not connect to a Strategic Visibility-operated external server, CRM, database, authentication system, or lead-capture endpoint.

Information used during the PPA

To create a Strategic Positioning Blueprint, users may choose to provide business information such as company services, service areas, customer patterns, project characteristics, positioning goals, competitors, reviews, testimonials, proof, and examples from customer conversations.

Users should not provide passwords, authentication credentials, payment-card information, government identifiers, protected health information, or other unrelated sensitive personal data. The PPA does not require this information.

Strategic Visibility's collection and storage

Strategic Visibility does not intentionally receive or store the contents of a user's PPA conversation through a separate Strategic Visibility system in the current skills-only version of the plugin.

The PPA operates within ChatGPT. Information processed by OpenAI through ChatGPT is subject to OpenAI's applicable terms and privacy practices.

If a user separately contacts Strategic Visibility, submits a form on our website, becomes a client, or otherwise interacts with us outside the PPA, those interactions may be governed by Strategic Visibility's general website or client privacy practices.

How information is used

Information provided in the PPA conversation is used to help generate and refine the user's Strategic Positioning Blueprint within the ChatGPT experience.

Third parties

The current PPA does not intentionally transmit conversation content to a separate third-party service controlled by Strategic Visibility. OpenAI provides the ChatGPT platform in which the PPA operates.

Retention

Because the current PPA does not operate a separate Strategic Visibility backend, Strategic Visibility does not maintain a separate PPA conversation database. Retention within ChatGPT is governed by the user's OpenAI account settings and OpenAI's applicable policies.

User choices

Users control what business information they choose to provide to the PPA. Users may stop the assessment at any time or choose to build a Blueprint from the information already provided.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy if the PPA's functionality, integrations, or data practices change. If a future version connects to Strategic Visibility systems or other external services, this policy should be updated before that functionality is released.
